SENSITIZATION WORKSHOP ON FCSSIP-25

ICOH DIRECTOR/CEO LEADS INTERNAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TO GRACE SENSITIZATION WORKSHOP ON FCSSIP-25, RECEIVES SPECIAL COMMENDATION AND MENTION

The ICOH Director, Dr. Olaniyi Taiwo has led a high-powered delegation of the Centre's Internal Management Committee to the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science Technology (FCMLST) Jos to attend a day-long sensitization workshop towards the proper implementation of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021-2025 (FCSSIP-25). This programme, organised by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare has been designed to cascade the goals and change processes of Government within the different levels and organs of same.


In a welcome address by the Provost, Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science Technology (FCMLST) Jos, Professor Sunday Etukudoh, the ICOH Director and Chief Executive Officer, was singled out and praised for exemplifying exceptional leadership in personally leading his management team to the sensitization event, stating that such an act depicts how leadership needed to be positioned if organs of Government will be able to work and actualize its objectives.


The training had in attendance participants from four Federal Agencies under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Plateau State and discussed issues related to the FCSSIP-25, Performance Management System and Change Management, among others.
